It's been a long day but really not so bad
It's just the fact it's over makes me feel so glad
I'm not complaining you won't hear a peep out of me
I'm thankful for the life I have and my loving family

My beautiful children my adoring wife
They're what I live for they're the center of my life
I've always felt so lucky. Always felt so blessed
But along with all the love comes a little bit of stress

Now to deal with our problems we all find a way
And here's how I deal with mine each and every day

Driving home in the afternoon in my old car
It's seen a lot of road but never been too far
Just back and forth to work in my home town
Oh the smiles with the miles

Exploring new routes I don't care if I get lost
It always clears my mind for very little cost
Whoa.....There's a cattle crossing without any cows
Just some farmers pulling wagons while others pull plows
