Ordering Options and Return Policy:

 
Shop Policy:  

We ship both within U.S.A. and international via U.S.P.S. priority mail and 1st class mail.
Sales tax will be added for Minnesota orders.

 Two Payment Methods:

1. Pay immediately via PayPal:

After receiving your payment, we will ship within 1-3 days.


2. Wait for Email Invoice:

After packing your order, to obtain the actual ship cost, we will send you an itemized invoice via email. 
We will ask you to pay us using one of the 5 Payment options below.

1. PayPal account
    There will be a PayPal link in the email.
    If the PayPal button doesn't work, please send money to
    email address: weefolk@weefolk.com in http://www.paypal.com

2. Credit card via PayPal
    Use your credit card in Paypal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do this.
    Just click the PayPal link and follow instructions to use your credit card.

3. Phone- call us
    Call us, toll free, at 888-wee-folk, or locally at 952-447-3828.
    We will take your credit card number over the phone.

4. Phone- we will call you
    Email us back with your phone number and request that we call you
    for your credit card number. (USA only)

5. Check
    Print this email if you can and send with your check made out to:
    Wee Folk Creations, 18476 Natchez Ave, Prior Lake, MN 55372.
    Note: A money order may be processed faster than a personal check.
    Send us an email to notify us with your intent.

Return Policy:

Please contact us within 10 days after receipt if there is a problem with your order.
1-888-wee-folk or local 952-447-3828 We will do our best to resolve the problem.
If an item is defective, we may ask you to return the item to us. (we will pay the return ship charges)
Or we may just send you another item or return the cost of the item to you.

Do not return any items until you contact us first.
Shipping, insurance, and handling cost will not be returned.
We will not accept damaged goods and certain items are not returnable.
So please contact us first.

The cost of the item(s), minus a 10% restocking fee, will be returned to you or applied to another item purchased.
A small handling fee may be applied to cover any extra expenses encountered; ie; credit card fees etc.

Shipping:
Shipping within the USA is usually via priority small flat rate box or regular priority.  They are both insured and tracked.
Shipping internationally is usually via priority flat rate box, but it is not insured or tracked.  If you want insurance and tracking you must ship via regular Priority mail. The cost will be more for this service.  We also will ship via 1st class mail, uninsured and not tracked, which is a bit cheaper.  For uninsured packages you are financially responsible, if it gets lost etc.  USPS is very good in delivering to other countries.
